What do NFL, NBA, and MLB teams all have in common? They all have a coach! As a business owner, you are like a player on a team. You have your unique abilities, ideas, talents, etc. But without a coach to help direct the players, success is not likely. Running a business without having a coach and mentors is like trying to play major league sports without a couch, success is not likely. You need a coach!
Why not hire a coach who has been there and done that, one who has seen hard times and figured out the methods to be successful. Michael Morrison is that guy and for those reasons, I hired him as my coach. I can attest to his character, fortitude and that his systems work.
