What Does a Small Business Coach in Oklahoma City Actually Do?

A small business coach helps you stop guessing and start growing. Michael works with business owners one-on-one to identify what's keeping them stuck, build a clear step-by-step plan, and create systems that let the business run without the owner doing everything. Sessions are available in-person in Oklahoma City or online nationwide. Want the full breakdown? Read my blog on What Does a Business Coach Actually Do.

How Much Does Business Coaching Cost?

Business coaching investment varies based on your needs and how often we meet. I offer flexible packages for different budgets and business stages, so it's never one-size-fits-all pricing. For a full breakdown of typical fees, pricing models, and what kind of ROI to expect, read my guide to business coaching costs. The best first step is always a free consultation, where we talk through where you are, where you want to go, and what makes sense for your situation.

Business Coach vs. Consultant: What's the Difference?

People ask this a lot. A consultant typically comes in, diagnoses a problem, and hands you a report, then leaves. A business coach works alongside you, in the trenches, holding you accountable as you build and execute the plan yourself. Both have their place, but if you want lasting change instead of a one-time fix, coaching is usually the better fit. Do I need a business coach?

If you make every decision alone, work more hours than you want, or feel stuck, a coach can help. You don’t have to be failing to ask for help. Most owners call me because they’re tired of carrying it all themselves.

How does business coaching work?

We start with a free call. If it’s a fit, we meet monthly, every other week, or weekly, in person in Oklahoma City or on Zoom. Each session focuses on one real problem and a clear next step.

What results can I expect from business coaching?

Clarity on where your business is stuck, a plan to fix it, and someone holding you accountable. Results depend on the work you put in, so I don’t promise numbers.

How long does business coaching take to show results?

Expect clearer priorities and a next step after your first sessions. Lasting change, like systems that run without you, takes longer. That’s why the I Am Possible Program runs 12 months.

Do you coach businesses outside Oklahoma City?

Yes. I meet in person in Oklahoma City and coach small business owners everywhere on Zoom.
