Twenty years ago, I was that business owner working 80-hour weeks, wondering why I felt like I was running in place. I knew what it was like to lie awake at 3 AM worrying about cash flow, to make decisions in complete isolation, and to wonder if I was cut out for this.
The difference? I figured out I didn't have to do it alone—and more importantly, I learned it doesn't have to be this hard.
Now, as a small business coach, serial entrepreneur, and author, I help business owners break free from the same cycles that once trapped me. I've walked this path, made these mistakes, and found the way through. More importantly, I've helped hundreds of other business owners do the same.
